    Hi,

I am in the process of an interior refurb in my 421C and the interior workshop can only come up with Laminex as a potential material to re-veneer my cabinetry and dividers.

The Laminex range of timber look-alikes is very limited, and quite dull in appearance compared to some of the shiny finishes on the cabinetry I’ve seen in other twin cessnas.

Does anyone know of any other materials that meet the required fire specs and look better than Laminex?

    Thanks Kelly,

Those veneers look beautiful. I have emailed to find out if they are suitable for aviation. Have you seen these materials used in planes?

Yes – was told that they are used for planes from a company I was going to have do my interior in Dallas.
